Upper Watermelon House

The Watermelon House is a two-story house. The whole house has eight bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, and sleeps 16 to 30. It rents for $390.00 a night ($210.00/night December-February) plus tax.

You may rent only the upper level for $230.00 per night ($130.00/night December-February) plus tax. There are four bedrooms (four double beds, seven single beds) plus couches and beds in the large lounge area, and 2 1/2 baths. Beds are made up and towels provided.

The kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. (sorry no dishwasher) Besides the dining room, there is a large deck with tables and chairs.

The lower level adds four more bedrooms, (four double beds, 2 singles) two baths, another small kitchen, and a covered patio. Rent this level for $190.00 ($110.00/night December through February) plus tax.

Upper Watermelon House features:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed and three single beds.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed.
• Bedroom 3: One double bed and two single beds.
• Bedroom 4: One double bed and one single bed.
