Next door to the Watermelon House is Gramma’s House, perfect for smaller groups. It has three bedrooms which sleep 12.  There is a good-sized living room, and three baths. The kitchen has microwave, range, dishwasher, as well as dishes, pots and pans.  There is a garage for bike storage. Beds are made up and towels provided. $120 per night plus tax.

Really big groups can rent both houses and get together in the joined back yard.

We are neither a fancy bed and breakfast nor an impersonal motel, just a clean comfortable, friendly environment where your group can be alone, all together in one place, and not spend a lot of money.  We have provided phones, television, and laundry facilities.

Our houses are located just a mile from the city center. Both are smoke free, and please no pets inside.  Children are welcome.
