The Watermelon House is a two-story house. The whole house has eight bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, and sleeps 16 to 30.  It rents for $260 a night plus tax.

You may rent only the Upper level for $160 per night plus tax. There are four bedrooms (four double beds, seven single beds) plus couches and beds in the large lounge area, and 2 1/2 baths.  Beds are made up and towels provided.

The kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. (sorry no dishwasher) Besides the dining room, there is a large deck with tables and chairs.

The lower level adds four more bedrooms, (four double beds, 2 singles) two baths, another small kitchen, and a covered patio. Rent this level for $120.
